We collect ZERO personal data.

  • No email addresses
  • No names
  • No phone numbers
  • No location data
  • No device identifiers
  • No usage analytics

Data Storage

All habit data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.

  • Your habit names, goals, and progress are stored only on your iPhone and Apple Watch
  • Data stays on your devices and is never transmitted to our servers
  • We have no servers - there is nothing to transmit data to

iCloud Sync

RingTrack does not currently use iCloud sync.

If we add iCloud sync in a future version:

  • You could disable iCloud sync in Settings at any time

Watch-iPhone Sync

Your iPhone and Apple Watch communicate directly with each other using Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework:

  • Data is transferred locally between your paired devices
  • No internet connection is required
  • No data passes through our servers

Tip Jar (In-App Purchases)

RingTrack offers optional tips to support development:

  • Tips are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit
  • We receive only aggregated sales data from Apple (no personal information)
  • We never see your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing address
  • Apple handles all payment processing securely

  • No push notification servers
  • No notification tracking
  • You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time

Data You Control

You have complete control over your data:

  • Delete habits: Swipe to delete any habit and its data
  • Delete the app: Uninstalling RingTrack permanently deletes all habit data
